The quickest way to send your power tool to our customer service team for repair is to use the contact form linked below. Please select the topic “Questions about returns / sending items to us” and complete all required fields. Make sure to provide your full address details and your email address so that we can promptly send you a pre‑paid DHL return label for your power tool. You will also receive a QR code in the same email. If you do not have a printer, you can use the QR code to print the shipping label at any DHL Packstation or DHL branch. Please note that the email will be sent by DHL on behalf of Conmetall Meister GmbH. There are no shipping costs for you.
From all other countries:
If you would like to send in your power tool for repair from abroad, please also complete the contact form in full and select the topic “Questions about returns / sending items to us”. Our customer service team will process your repair request promptly and contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the next steps.
In our download section, you will find all important documents and information relating to our products — from the latest product certifications and brochures to user manuals.
Simply select and download the document you need. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you.
Once it has been clarified which spare part you need, whether it is generally available, and whether it is currently in stock, we will send you a non‑binding pro forma offer by email or by post. You then have three weeks to pay for the spare part by bank transfer, quoting the intended purpose stated in the offer.
Once we have received your payment at Conmetall Meister GmbH, we will dispatch your order within one working day. If you do not accept the pro forma offer within three weeks, your request or order will automatically be cancelled in our system. No cancellation fees will apply.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide all available information about your power tool (e.g. article number, short description, year of manufacture, and place of purchase) or about the spare part you require in the “Comments” section. Our customer service team will then check the availability of the spare part and get back to you as soon as possible.
