The fastest way to send your item to customer service is to use the contact form listed. To do this, please select the topic "Questions about returns / submissions" and fill out all the required fields in the contact form. It is important that you give us your full address details and email address so that we can promptly send you a prepaid DHL return label. In addition to the franked return label, you will receive a QR code in the e-mail. If you do not have a printer, you can print out the shipment label or have it printed out at any Packstation or DHL branch by showing the QR code. Please note that you will receive the email from DHL on behalf of Conmetall Meister GmbH. There are no shipping costs for you.

If you would like to register for repairs / send in for repairs from abroad, please also fill out all the required fields in the contact form, stating the topic "Questions about returns / shipments". Our customer service will process your request promptly and contact you as soon as possible.

If it has been clarified in advance which spare part you need, you will receive a non-binding advance payment offer from us by e-mail or by post. You now have three weeks to pay for the spare part offered by bank transfer, stating the intended use. After receipt of payment by Conmetall Meister GmbH, we will ship your order within one day. If you do not take advantage of the advance payment offer within three weeks, your request/order will be canceled in our system. There are no cancellation costs for you.
